All you can ask for in a smoke shop! Hilarious but knowledgable staff, quality products for very reasonable prices. They off one of the best cbd oils wth no nicotine which seems to be hard to find and I've been to shops that don't even sell cbd oil without nicotine. Fun location and atmosphere!

Visiting from out of state. Happened upon this spot looking to buy a gift for our hosts. We forgot to get the guy's name at the counter, but he was awesome.

I bought my boyfriend a pipe from here during a trip to San Francisco. John was super friendly and laid back and Lulu the dog was just as nice! About six months later my bf broke the pipe and was sad since it was his favorite. I couldn't remember the name of the shop but remembered the sweet pitbull that was there. (Lulu) I googled "head shop pitbull San Francisco" and by some amazing chance I found it! I told John the situation and he was happy to help. He was even willing to have a pipe made if they were out of stock. They had the pipe and shipped it right away! Great prices and wonderful friendly service! What more could you ask for? Will definitely return when I visit SF next!

I just had a great experience at the Cole Street Smoke Shop. John was super helpful and really took his time helping me find just the right thing. In fact, I may have mistakenly thought I needed something more expensive but through questions he helped me clarify exactly what I was looking for and we came up with a less expensive option, which is really rare and awesome in terms of great customer service. It also makes me sure that I would go back again for needed items and recommend the place to friends and fellow Yelpers.

What a great shop! Good selection and chill vibe. John provided excellent customer service and I would recommend anyone coming to this area to pop in and check it out!

These guys are awesome. They are really nice and will give you a good deal. If you are in the city definitely come to this shop forsure.It's a small shop but it has a great selection on pipes, hookahs, and tobacco. The family that owns this shop are great! You have to check this spot out. It stays open super late! We're really glad we stumbled in here; it's a really great store!!!

Coles smoke shop has the best prices , a wide variety of everything and there customer service is awesome, they know how to treat there customers. Very genuine people especially Cindy!!!! I recommend Coles to everyone!

The guy in this store was a legend. He really helped us out and we left the store with a Pax! He was really informative and even let us check out his one. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I came in with my friend just today and it's by far the best shop in the area. We stopped in once before and it was great, second time, even better. John and his dog LuLu are awesome! Great customer service and not to mention the cheapest prices I've seen! I bought a couple things and I can't be more stoked to try them out!

This place is great! Everything I needed in one stop. Service was great, prices were VERY reasonable and service was excellent! Anytime I'm on Haight, I always stop by and check out all the new pipes and hookahs they got. Oh and they're vapor selection is A1!

This one of the BEST Smoke shops I've ever been too. I always find all that I need and let me tell you the customer service is beyond outstanding. I can't imagine getting my essentials anywhere else. Cindy, is always pleasant, knowledgeable of all products and have great people skills.

After two hours of looking in and out of various smoke shops along haight, I stumbled upon the cole street smoke shop. Immediately I was greeted by one the friendliest & funniest man I've ever encountered. His name was John and let me tell you, he knows what he's talking about. I told him my price range and got right to work. He pulled down some amazingly cool pieces and was so helpful and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and I ended up finding such a sick  unique water pipe that I'm really proud of. So I just want to say thanks John!!!! It hits so smooth and really does the job. I'm getting allllll my future pieces here for sure. EVERYONE CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. You won't be disappointed. And ask for John, he's the man.

First off, we were from out of town and this was our first time in the Haight. I was looking for something specific and John hooked me up! He was knowledgable about his products, made my wife and I feel welcomed and comfortable and really made our stop here a memorable experience.... This dude was cool..... I told you bro that I would "Yelp a cracker"  great to meet you!

I checked out a couple of other places on Haight for something very specific and was treated very rudely until I remembered Cole St and how amazing it is. Right away John made us feel super comfortable and dropped a ton of knowledge on us while we were picking out what we needed. I've been here a few times over the years and am always treated with kindness and respect no matter who is working. As long as I'm in SF this is my go to shop. Thanks again John!

Went there to buy few things for my Hooka, everyone were extremely nice and friendly and they carry every thing that you can think of. Some of their products were very unique and priced really well. They answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome.

LOVE this spot!! I've been coming here for a few years now and buy all my essentials from them.

Great selection, great prices, great service! They have a lot of unique pieces that you can't find anywhere else, and they usually have really good deals going on.

They usually don't close until around midnight so I like going once the Haight Street traffic dies down and it's way easier to find parking.

Definitely a hidden gem!!

Love this spot. My favorite smoke shop in SF. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. They are knowledgeable with their products and always give me the best deals in town. They sell everything from hookah products, vape pens, nice selection of water pipes etc. Cindy is always helpful and offers amazing service and acknowledges me when I walk in. I highly recommend this spot for your needs.

I noticed John made everyone in the store feel like part of the family. He is quite the salesman. When we left we got more than we bargained for. Good guy, great store.

My wife and wandered in not knowing what to expect. We were greeted by John. He was very welcoming. He was as entertaining as he was informative. We live a couple hours away but are now loyal customers. He is a straight shooter and takes care of his customers. If u r in the haight, make sure u stop n.

This place doesn't have the largest selection, but the people who own this shop are very nice and helpful. I did find the prices a  bit higher than I would have liked, but after I was about to leave the nice lady let me negotiate a lower price on a piece I was thinking of buying. She was so great about it because she wanted to sell me something, and I walked out pretty happy with what I bought for a pretty sweet deal.

I think this place is good to come to if you don't want to get overwhelmed by the super large smoke shops. You also get very friendly service! When I'm in the area again, this may be a stop for me if I need to buy anything else of this sort. :)

This place is amazing. The guy, John, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He even kicked us a deal because we were out of town. This is hands down the best smoke shop in town. If you need a pipe, a grinder, or just some info, this is the place to go! He's got pretty much anything you could ever want/need from a smoke shop. The owner is friendly but not over-the-top, he is honest in his opinions of the stuff in his store, and you will walk out of there like you have made a friend.

This great combo of smoke shop via cole and liqueur store via haight is a Perf one stop shop:). It's says that they close @ 1:00 am but to my surprise it was actually open until 2:00 am. I'm now "Supercharged" and ready to handle it!
